RETURNS

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at support@azeemsport.pk. Returns must be sent to the following address:

V245+8WM, Saddar Gari Khata, Karachi, Karachi City, Sindh 

If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. If your country of residence is outside Pakistan, shipping times may vary.

Damages and Issues

Please check your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll assess the issue and provide a resolution.

Certain items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Additionally, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

 

Exchanges

The quickest way to get the product you want is to return your current item. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, contact us at support@azeemsport.pk.
